Who ever made this one was sure to highlight the things they were wanting to emphasize in red. And the reasoning a person has as they are writing the sign. Not only do they mention that some of the neighbors are ex-military but that they will shout! (he's serious!!). I also love the bolded, "Get a second job if you want plants!" I guess the red ink was starting to run low after awhile since they outlined the capitol letters in black towards the end. I bet that was just as frustrating as your plants being stolen.
